Disaster Law
On May 26, 2015, God threw a curve ball as 3000 or so of my neighbors and I woke up to find water in our homes. After repairing my home, we flooded again in April of 2016. I was denied a permit to repair my home and had to demolish and construct from scratch. On August 27, 2017, I flooded for a third time. I have had to file structural, contents, and increased cost of compliance claims; remodeled , demolished , and constructed a new home from scratch. Rest assured that I have first hand knowledge of the legal ramifications of these issues.
